Imagine Your Child Saying “Just One More Chapter!” Instead of Asking for Five More Minutes of Screen Time… This Is Possible Now!

Do you want your child to discover one of the greatest adventures ever told—without struggling through hundreds of pages of difficult language?

Homer’s Odyssey has survived for almost 3,000 years for a reason. It is filled with monsters, magic, clever tricks, dangerous seas, impossible choices, and one unforgettable journey home.

But the original Odyssey is long and difficult for young readers, while many kids’ versions simplify it so much that the real adventure gets lost.

The Odyssey for Kids” is designed to change that.

The complete adventure is retold in clear, exciting language for young readers, with an illustration in every chapter to bring Odysseus’s incredible journey to life.

Inside this book, you’ll discover: The Clever Trick That Outsmarts a Man-Eating Giant: Discover how Odysseus escapes one of his most terrifying enemies—and how staying calm and thinking cleverly can make all the difference when things go wrong. Witches, Sirens, Monsters, and Incredible Adventures: Meet a witch who turns sailors into pigs, hear about a song no sailor can resist, and face a terrifying monster with six heads—the kind of adventure that keeps young readers turning pages. One Chapter, One Illustration, Every Time: Each chapter comes with its own illustration, creating an engaging reading rhythm that helps bring Odysseus’s world to life. The Secret Test That Reveals Odysseus’s True Identity: Discover the clever test a queen uses to find out whether the mysterious stranger standing before her is really the husband she has waited so long to see again. Written Specifically for Young Readers Ages 6–13: Clear, engaging language makes the story easy to follow without the dense and confusing writing of the original—or unnecessary gruesome details parents may not want young children reading. A Screen-Free Adventure Kids Can Get Lost In: Battles of wits, mysterious islands, mythical creatures, dangerous seas, and unexpected twists give children a reason to keep reading instead of reaching for a screen. A Timeless Story of Courage, Loyalty, and Cleverness: Beyond monsters and adventure, children discover powerful themes about perseverance, family, bravery, loyalty, and never giving up on the journey home.
Whether your child reads it independently or you experience the adventure together, this book makes one of history’s greatest stories exciting and accessible to a new generation.
